Special Pricing Guidelines

At Patti Lewis Care Home, we know that not everyone can afford the full price of Dementia Care for their loved one. That is why we participate in special government programs which assist in financing long term care. We also believe in giving back to the community. That is why we have developed our own special lower priced program for up to 20% of the residents on our home.


Patti Lewis Care Home Special Pricing

We have very affordable rates, well below our general pricing, as available. Please ask us about these special rates for those who may need assistance in affording the full price of care.


Veterans Assistance Program

This is a special program sponsored by the Veterans Administration which can assist Veterans or their spouses in their care. The VA can pay up to $2,000 per month for a Veteran and $1,000 per month for a spouse. Please ask us about this special program.


Michigan “Mi-Choice” Program

This program is a Federal/State program which provides Medicaid funds for a portion of your assisted living and dementia care. Each county in Michigan administers their own program. Funds may be available for individuals who are Medicaid eligible. Please ask us to see if this may be an option for you.
